Of course! Every design is customized to coordinate with your wedding aesthetic, color palette, venue, and overall vision.
-
Absolutely! Most couples come to me with a Pinterest board, a color palette, a few inspiration photos—or sometimes just a venue and a vision. Part of my job is helping you refine your ideas and transform them into a cohesive stationery design that feels uniquely you. You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out—that's what I'm here for!
-
Because every wedding is different, all Bluegrass Paperie proposals are customized based on your quantity, design needs, printing selections, and stationery items.
Once you submit an inquiry, we will provide an itemized quote that allows you to build a suite based on your vision, household count, and ideal investment.
On average, our couples invest anywhere from $1,000–$3000 for a custom invitation suite featuring multiple enclosure cards, double-thick paper, envelope liners, custom cut shapes, and other thoughtfully curated details. Pricing depends on household count, embellishments, and number of pieces in your suite.
Following your inquiry, we'll create a custom proposal tailored to your wedding vision, priorities, and overall stationery budget.
-
Depending on our production schedule and timeline, rush orders may be available. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
-
We recommend inquiring 8–12 months before your wedding date, especially if you're interested in save-the-dates. For fully custom wedding invitations suites, 6 months before wedding day is recommended! However, the sooner you reach out the better.

Absolutely! I love meeting with clients in person whenever possible. If you're local to Louisville or surrounding areas, I'd be happy to meet and chat through your wedding vision while sharing invitation samples, paper options, print methods, and embellishments. There's nothing quite like seeing and feeling the details in person!
If you're not local, no worries at all. I work with couples and wedding planners across the country and am happy to connect via phone or video call. No matter where you're located, you'll receive the same personalized experience and guidance throughout the process.
